If you’re experiencing technical issues, please make sure to provide as much information as possible about when and the steps you took before it happened. This will help troubleshoot and resolve your problem faster.

Science support

Ledidi Science Support offers a range of support alternatives to facilitate your use of Ledidi Core. Our team consists of experienced researchers in Health- and Life Sciences and are all experts in Ledidi Core. The Science Team is available if you want advice on study design and project set-ups in Ledidi Core. We arrange live demonstrations and introduction courses and offer webinars on specific topics.

Our experienced research consultants can also offer extensive project support based on separate agreements, ranging from database set-up facilitating efficient analysis, to import of complex data.
