Based on extensive research experience from a long career in medical research, Ivar leads the Scientific team and ensures all aspects of Ledidi’s activities hold high scientific standards.
Ivar is an internal medicine and cardiology specialist and holds a PhD from The University of Oslo in experimental cardiology. He was previously a Professor of Medicine at The University of Oslo and a research group leader and senior consultant at Oslo University Hospital. Over the years, he has been a PI or participant in several basic to clinical research projects within cardiology, rheumatology, pharmacology, imaging and molecular biology. He has successfully established startup companies, also on software.
