Introduction
At Ledidi, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and users.
This policy explains how Ledidi and its partners collect and process information about visitors on the Ledidi website using cookie technology. A cookie is a small text file stored by websites and other online applications on your device carrying behavioural information about the user or visitor.
The legal basis for the use of cookies varies. For Necessary and Functional cookies, the legal basis is Ledidi's legitimate interest. All other cookies require consent from you when you enter ledidi.com. Analytics and marketing/advertising technologies are non-essential and are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner.
For information about our other data privacy practices, please visit the Ledidi Privacy Policy (ledidi.com/privacy).

Marketing cookies
Google Ads and YouTube cookies
ledidi.com uses YouTube to embed videos on our website, and Google Ads to ensure that we are visible when users use the search engine to look for our services.
Please note that we do not have any control over how the information in these cookies is used nor do we have access to it. To find out more please visit Google's website for information on how the company uses cookies.
Social Media network cookies
ledidi.com may integrate with the following social platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube which independently may set marketing cookies on your device, based on your agreement with these social networks as users. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google advertising tags for advertising and audience measurement; for those technologies Google and LinkedIn act as independent controllers. These tags are non-essential and run only after you give consent.

Independent controllers (Google and LinkedIn)
For Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag used for advertising and audience measurement, Google and LinkedIn act as independent controller; their own privacy notices describe how they further process the data they receive. These technologies are non-essential and run only after you give consent.
Server-side measurement
Where you have given the necessary consent, we also measure a small, defined set of commercial milestones (for example that an account was created or a subscription began) using server-side technologies. The only information sent for this purpose is the event name, a timestamp, generic commercial properties, a one-way hashed version of your email address, and the pseudonymous identifiers captured when you first visited our website. No project, form, registry, study or participant content is ever included. This measurement runs only with consent and stops, with a deletion request to the relevant providers, when you withdraw it.
International transfers
Some of the providers above (including Google, LinkedIn and Mixpanel) are located outside the EEA, in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer impact assessment for each provider. Contact dpo@ledidi.no for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
Sharing of personal data
We may share personal data with third-party service providers that assist us with marketing activities. We ensure that any third-party service provider we work with is GDPR-compliant and provides adequate protection for personal data.
You can set your own cookie preferences
You will be asked for consent when you arrive at ledidi.com, and you can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or the “Cookie settings” link on our website.
You may at any time block all or just third-party cookies completely by changing the browser settings on your device. The location of these settings will depend on the browser you use.
If you block all or just third-party cookies, please be aware that there may be functions and services that you will be unable to use on the website (because these depend on cookies).
