When you log in for the first time, your username is autogenerated by the Ledidi platform. Your password needs to be set up by you and must contain at least 16 letters.
You also need to set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA), which will serve as an added layer of security. Here is a quick guide on how.
Step 1: Install an authenticator app on your phone, for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
The app will generate two-factor authentication codes on your phone. It will do so with or without internet connection.
Step 2: Scan the QR code with your authenticator app by tapping the “+” sign. Then choose "Scan a QR code".
Now that you have the authenticator app installed on your phone, connect it with Ledidi Core in this step. Your app will start generating a unique code for every time you need to log on to the Ledidi Core platform.
