Implement structured approval workflows to ensure only authorised users can make critical project changes. Projects can be temporarily frozen for compliance checks, ensuring oversight during sensitive phases or audits.
Organisation-wide reporting
Generate comprehensive, downloadable reports detailing project activity, user access, and overall system usage across the entire organisation. These insights support informed decision-making, compliance, and performance monitoring.
User access management
Administrators can centrally manage access by adding or removing collaborators from any project. This ensures proper data stewardship and prevents unauthorised access across sensitive research environments.

Enterprise administrators can freeze projects, rendering them inaccessible until unfrozen. In configured organisations, all new projects are automatically frozen and require administrative approval before they can be accessed or edited. Collaborator Invitation Workflow
A simplified and unambiguous user invitation process
We have re-designed the signup flow so that a single input field allows administrators and project owners to invite both internal members (via search) and external collaborators (via email). This aims to reduce user confusion and improve operational clarity. -
Collaborator Management
Administrative control over project membership
Enterprise administrators have the ability to remove collaborators from projects directly. This supports secure access management and allows for the enforcement of role-based permissions within research teams. -
